More about this wine from Catalonia, Spain
Meet Plana Blanc. It's a white blend of Viognier and Muscat of Alexandria, which is one of the oldest grapes from the Mediterranean. Fun fact... The grape is a member of the Muscat family of Vitis vinifera, considered an "ancient vine", and most likely one of the oldest genetically unmodified vines still hangin' around.

The juice is fuller bodied and has enough weight to pair with bigger meats like Salmon or even a steak. The nose is very aromatic and floral while the palate is full and lush with notes of golden apple and pear that finishes with a seawater zest.
