More about this wine from La Mancha, Spain
Say "Hola!" to this organic rosé from Bodegas Latúe, a Spanish winery that began as San Isidro Cooperative in 1954 dedicated to producing exceptional wines for Spaniards. For 50 years, it was one of the country's best secrets. They put out the kind of hysterically good wine you stumble upon in a local’s restaurant while traveling and swear it’s the best bottle you’ve ever tasted. Luckily for us, in 2007 they began exporting their wines. And we are the happy beneficiaries of this hyper-local deliciously fruity rosé made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from the river banks of the Gigüela, in the heart of La Mancha.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

We say, drink on its own or pair it up with lots of light fare like salads and gazpacho.
