More about this wine from Navarra, Spain
Bodegas Correlana is a winery in Navarra, Spain, with a rich history but taking a new spin on tradition. This wine biz, as is often the case, is a family affair with wineries and vineyards passed down from one generation to the next. We've found a special team of three brothers in Navarra that are taking their family's winemaking passion to the next level.

The brothers Xabi, Iñaki, and Mikel Sanz are the 3rd generation to operate Bodegas Correlana, and they created Viña Zorzal. In 2007, with more focus on artistry, nuance, and craft, these bros produced this new boutique wine. As you sip on their modern take on Garnacha, we think you'll enjoy all the love that's worked its way into this bottle with crazy good freshness and chalky tannins that slowly slip away on the finish. It's a more approachable Garnacha with a more Mediterranean character with bright red fruit and succulent herbs.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

What's more fun than cooking with wine?!? Welp... drink it, duh. But this Red Wine Oxtail Stew is uber hearty and loaded up with soul warming goodness that is only better when sippin' this Spanish Garnacha.
