More about this wine from Willamette Valley, Oregon
Portland Wine Project is an uber-collective of 9 urban wineries, churning out wines that are giving old-school Willamette Valley, Oregon winemakers a run for their juice. Their downtown wine tasting route is punctuated by the sound of auto body shops and wafts of metal detritus, a perfectly Portland setting for quaffing local wine. Boedecker Cellars is part of this West Coast wrecking crew and produced this sustainably grown white wine in what they call “an intern blending collaboration.” We’re not sure what that means, but we love it, and we love their Blanc blend of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and a tiny bit of Riesling.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

This Oregon white wine blend is a real treat with anything green like salads and fresh veggies, so we went with BA's Best Green Bean Casserole
