More about this wine from Salice Salentino, Puglia, Italy
Is it weird how excited we get to introduce you to a fantastic wine that’s also made with grapes you likely haven’t heard of? Well, that’s why we do what we do! And in this bottle, drum roll…. Meet this 90% Negroamaro, a grape that’s grown almost exclusively in Puglia, Italy, and 10% Malvasia Nera, another indigenous Italian grape. And as Negroamaro is a hearty, little grape that loves itself some arid, dry weather, it was grown by the Castellani family in over 300 days of sunshine in Salice Salentino, one of the hottest regions of Italy, appealing to the sun worshiper in all of us. Enjoy this fruity number, well-known (and loved) for its dried herb finish.
How to drink it

This is going to love your tomato sauce dishes, especially this kick-ass lasagna bolognese.
