More about this wine from Empordà, Spain

This youthful juice hails from the Empordàlia Cooperative, which is basically the Airbnb of wineries. Founded in 1947, this co-op brings together the skills and experience of a number of small growers that share the cost of the winery and bring together generations of producing unique wines. They are located in the region of Empordà, sheltered by the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea making it an epically perfect place to produce amazing everyday wine. Once you pop this fresh and bright wine you're sure to be hit in the face with powerful aromas of ripe fruit like blackberries and cherries, but as the fruit fades you'll find licorice and pepper. The vino is big on the palate meaning it has a nice body that coats the mouth with well-structured, smooth tannin, and a long finish which replays the intense fruit and licorice that hit your nose as you pour the juice into your drinking vessel.

How to drink it

Pro Tip:

A polaroid film camera revealed itself in a box of your old stuff and you can't help but go on a capture spree. The nostalgia is strong and you decide to start a collection on the wall above your desk.
