More about this wine from Niederӧsterreich, Austria (Lower Austria)
40 miles west of Vienna, Austria, in the picturesque town of Krems, you’ll find Winzer Krems, an 800-winegrower strong cooperative. It sits right in the in the beating heart of the Niederӧsterreich DAC, a famous wine region in the Danube Valley. From this idyllic micro-climate region the winemakers created this bottle of 100% Grüner Veltliner grapes — which in their growth experienced a mix of sunshine, warm air from the South-East and cool air from the North produced by the Danube River. This Hansen Sprung is a really powerful and wonderful representation of what the region can do.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Of course fish and light meats are winners here, but you’re going to want to pair it with its country’s beloved Wiener Schnitzel.
