Welcome to the sunny shores of Santorini, where the Aegean breeze meets the magic of Greek winemaking! Say hello to Kaldera Santorini Assyrtiko 2021, a wine that's as vibrant and lively as the island itself.

Santorini is known globally for both its stunning views of the sunset overlooking the Kaldera (volcanic depression) as well as its coveted dry white wines made from the native Assyrtiko grape. This grape varietal is one of the few crops that flourishes in the island's challenging climate. Our Kaldera Assyrtiko is produced from 60+ year old vines grown under strenuous conditions of high heat and volcanic soils. This creates a wine full of minerality, vibrant acidity, length and unique texture. Kaldera can be enjoyed on its own or paired with seafood, shellfish, or white meat.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Keep it fresh and simple with a classic Greek salad featuring ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, tangy feta cheese, and briny Kalamata olives. The Assyrtiko's crisp acidity pairs beautifully with the salad's vibrant flavors.
