More about this wine from Costières-de-Nîmes, France
The history of “La Perdrix” dates back to the 13th century. It was a Mecca for hunting under the King Louis IX of France AKA Saint-Louis. He used to go partridge shooting on the estate’s grounds. You guessed it... perdrix means partridge en Francais. Vineyards on this estate are super special as they focus on older vines and sustainable farming. The harvest is very old school and the magic grapes are strictly picked by hand in small cases to preserve all the good flavor!

This rosé has a big and bright nose showing off ripe peaches, star fruit, honeysuckle, and stone. The palate is as refreshing as a Mediterranean beach in summer with notes of lemon, passion fruit, peaches and a mineral-y finish that is clean and crisp to keep you sippin' all afternoon long.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

This vino is classic French and we're pairin' it up with the classic french dish, Bouillabaisse, which is a peasant seafood stew loaded with clams, lobster, and fish in a broth delicately flavored with fennel and pastis, a licorice-flavored aperitif.
