This was the second French rose in my mystery box, also a mix of syrah and grenache, which might be my secret blend because I loved this one just as much as the Le Rose. The proportions were reversed, however, with more syrah than grenache this time. Still delicious!

Typical French rose -- hard to find one that doesn't taste just delightful. Delicate aromas strawberry and raspberry; kind of juicy smelling like a gummy bear. Tart, not overly crisp. Peach and strawberry flavors. Good on it's own or pair it with something light.

One of the best wines I have had in a long time! Perfect for the park on a hot day or on your back porch. I shared this with two folks who are usually not big rosé fans and they really enjoyed it! This is a rosé with flavor, does not taste like juice and is not overly sweet.
