More about this wine from Nierstein, Rheinhessen, Germany
This Riesling is named after the historic Gustav Adolf Schmitt winery founded in 1648. Yep, that is the year One Thousand Six Hundred and Forty-Eight. That's older than America by a good 100+ years, and we'd say they've had some practice making some ridiculously awesome Riesling. The grapes are so darn tasty because they're produced on the river banks of the infamous town of Nierstein, which is known for Riesling.

The juice is medium bodied and clings to the mouth in all the right ways. Give that first glass a nice smell and your brain may be tricked into thinking you're in a boutique flower shop. Each sip has just a slight touch of sweetness making this wine a deluxe pair with spicy dishes, rich cuisines, and pungent blue cheeses. The finish is bright and crisp to the end.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Riesling with a slight touch of sweetness like this juice meets its match with a spicy dish. Think curries or Vietnamese and Thai takeout, but this Spicy Feel Good Chicken Soup makes for an excellent combo with this Riesling.
