More about this wine from Central Valley, Chile
Patagonia is well known as the breathtaking, mountainous region way, way down in southern Argentina. It also happens to be a phenomenal wine-producing region that includes the provinces of Rio Negro, La Pampa, and Neuquen. The region is desert-like, cool and dry, which might scare off some less than ambitious winemakers. But over time, a number of vintners have worked the soil and their vines, creating internationally acclaimed bottles, especially elegant red wines like this deep ruby 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has great body, and it’s super balanced between the fruit and oak long into the afterglow of your first sip.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

The Argies love their meats, so we recommend a piece of lamb right off the bone.
