Oh my God, y'all, it’s a Sabotage! Beastie Boys fans, you’re going to rejoice in this Blaufränkisch from one of our favorite winemakers, Peter Gönc, who has been making remarkable wines from his family’s estate in the oldest town in Slovenia, Ptuj. He never takes the path most followed when it comes to his wines. And in this bottle, you’ll taste how he grew his grapes on the gravelly part of his vineyard, then froze the wine and siphoned off the thawed juice to create a mouthfeel unlike any Blaufränkisch that has ever existed. Yum!
