More about this wine from France
Smack in the middle of Languedoc lives Les Vignobles Foncalieu, a union of French winemakers who are embarking upon a mission to promote the South of France's winemaking heritage. It is an extraordinary alliance that has put out a collection of authentic, refined wines like this Chateau Riviere Minervois, a blend of 65% Syrah, 20% Carignan and 15% old vine Grenache. The collective grow their grapes from incredible sites around the medieval town of Carcassonne as well as two UNESCO World Heritage Sites - enabling the potential of each terroir to really thrive. We think you’re going to love this intense, spiced-up wine with a DIY charcuterie board.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Really good mushrooms bring out all the earthy soul in this French red. We're digging these Roasted Mushrooms with Red Wine Butter, especially the red wine butter part!
