More about this wine from France
Winemaker Michel Cazevieille created Origine 1922 in Saint-Chinian, Languedoc as an homage to his grandfather Paul who worked in Cazedarnes at the beginning of the 20th century. From Paul's vineyards rich with clay and limestone soil, he sustainably cultivated the Syrah and Grenache grapes in this bottle,. These two grapes are the norm for a Languedoc blend, as both are considered ideal grapes to grow in the hot and dry Mediterranean-influenced hillsides. The result of all this hard work and bounty is a red blend that is intense, complex and absolutely perfect for all the red and gamey meats and in your life.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Meat and bold cheeses like a funky blue are magic with this French red.
