More about this wine from Colchagua Valley, Chile
Deep within the soul of the Andes Mountains lies Ventisquero, a winery launched in 2000 with a Spanish name that is an homage to Chile’s glaciers and to Patagonia. And from this relatively new winery in the Maipo Valley, a young and enthusiastic team wanted to show the world that Chile can produce some of the best wine in the world. You can taste the fruits of their labor in this easy drinking rosé. Made with 100% Syrah, the grapes in this wine enjoyed robust health and stable growing conditions, thus creating an ideal summer wine perfect for your day or evening soirées.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

This rosé has a firm middle, so we wanted to give it a dish with a bit of heft, like a quesadilla packed with veggies.
