More about this wine from Adelaide Hills, South Australia
The Kozned family has a long tradition of growing grapes even before emigrating to Australia. Before WW2, they were landholders and winemakers in the Caucasus region in Southern Russia, which is renowned for producing quality wines, especially Shiraz. Grapes have long been in Mark Kozned’s blood, and so he named this line of wines Firebird, to honor his ancestors. And in this sparkling bottle of part Pinot Noir and part Chardonnay grapes, you’ll enjoy an elegant and refreshing wine that is creamy, delicate and complex and yet extremely drinkable. It’s so good it’s hard to find, so get your bottles today!
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

This will go great with so many lighter lunch dishes, like this proper smoked salmon tartine.
