Clos Montblanc is a sustainable winery located in Barberá de la Conca, Catalonia, Spain, located right near the fortified town of Montblanc and the monastery of Poblet (where those most famous Cistercian wine making monks settled in the 14th century). 300 years of family tradition went into this bottle, and you can taste the longevity of the Carbonell Figueras’ craft in every sip of this white blend, 60% Macabeo and 40% Chardonnay - a surprising and harmonious blend that strikes the balances between the nose and the mouth you’ve always been searching for.
