More about this wine from Clement Hills, California
All of the grapes in this bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon (with a hint of Petite Syrah and Tannat) came from the gnarled vines of a single-vineyard situated at the edge of the Sierra Foothills just below the winding Mokelumne River in the Clements Hills region of Lodi, California. They truly thrive in this California microclimate where they’re showered daily in the state’s golden sunlight and by night are cooled off by the mighty Pacific’s cool breezes. This ruby-purple hued Cab(++) is a fantastic example of what a small batch of fruit can really do in Lodi.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Cabs love a juicy burger, but they also love portobello mushrooms, so here’s a recipe that combines the two!
