More about this wine from Petite Chablis AOP, France
From Chablis, the northernmost region of Burgundy, comes another winner from Mary Taylor, Wine Enthusiast’s 2022 Importer of the Year and a longtime favorite importer of WA. This 100% Chardonnay was reared in the region’s cold continental climate in soils of Portlandian limestone and marl - an ideal environment to create a banger of an Old World Chardonnay. This Petit Chablis differs from its Chablis cousin in that the soil emphasizes the fruit rather than the mineral aspects of the grape and it is grown in a slightly cooler area. Winemaker Marine Descombe also only uses the most natural methods at Passy Le Clou to showcase her indubitably fresh and aromatic Petit Chablis.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Onions and cheese are just a treat with this elegant Chablis, we're snacking and sippin' with this Onion Jam and Goat Cheese Rugelach.
