More about this wine from Sonoma Coast, California
Matt Iaconis is a rocket scientist that was studying to be an astronaut before he decided wine was even cooler than space. So he dropped aeronautics and picked up a degree in winemaking from UC Davis.

Nestled among rolling hills and majestic redwoods, Matt selected the fruit from certified sustainable and organic vineyards along the Sonoma Coast, where cool and windy conditions help grapes develop complex flavors over a long growing season. Crafted with meticulous care and a dash of California sunshine, this Chardonnay embodies the spirit of innovation and excellence.

Beautiful in its youth, we expect this Chardonnay to age gracefully and improve over the next 5+ years.

This is a special limited-release project from Matt – with only 40 barrels to go around, it’s sure to sell out in a flash. Make sure to get yours!
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Baked halibut can be a fantastic pairing. The delicate flavor and firm texture of the halibut perfectly complement the vibrant and lively characteristics of the Chardonnay.
