More about this wine from Willamette Valley, Oregon
From husband and wife team Stewart and Athena Boedecker, this Northwest Portland, Oregon wine was reared using minimal intervention techniques. Every stage of the process is done by hand, including harvesting, sorting, punching down, and racking. The team at Boedecker tastes, blends, then tastes some more — aging their Pinot Noirs for a year-and-a-half then releasing the wines six months to a year later. Which is why you’ll find this elegant bottle of Pinot is so richly layered yet not overly complex — just lIke your favorite 80s power ballad.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Get yourself some Copper River salmon (or regular salmon) for a classic Northwest dish.
