More about this wine from Almendralejo, Spain
Cava's sparkle is not just about bubbles; it's a result of time-honored tradition. The Methode Champenoise, the same method used in Champagne, is employed to create those effervescent wonders. But here's the twist - Cava has its own Spanish pizzazz, and it's aged in the labyrinthine underground cellars, known as "cavas," adding a touch of mystery to each bottle.

Brut Nature is the driest of all Cava classifications, as it receives no “dosage” (basically an addition of grape syrup at the time of secondary fermentation, which leaves varying degrees of residual sweetness in the now-sparkling wine). So while this particular Cava has essentially zero grams of residual sugar, the fact that it is produced from mostly Macabeo grapes with a small percentage of Parellada gives it a nice balance despite its dryness. Macabeo contributes freshness and fruit, and the Parellada adds acidity and delicate aromas.

Whether you're toasting to a promotion, celebrating a Tuesday, or just because the sun decided to shine, there's always a reason for Cava o'clock. It's the ultimate companion to Spanish tapas, turning even the simplest moments into a lively fiesta.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

The crisp acidity of Cava pairs wonderfully with seafood's briny goodness. Enjoy it with a platter of fresh oysters, grilled shrimp, or a classic Spanish seafood paella. The bubbles enhance the seafood's flavors, creating a refreshing combination.
