Vineyard Quinta do Covão boasts vines blooming along the slopes of the Estrela mountain range in granitic soils doused by fresh river water, where cool nights are followed by a blast of warm sunshine. This white blend is made up of indigenous grapes Encruzado - sturdy and mostly grown in the Dão; Malvasia Fina - smokey, waxy and adds depth; Bical - fruity and aromatic; and Gouveio - adds a fresh liveliness.
