Took a chance ordering twelve bottles of the Bellissima, when it was offered as a case deal. The less expensive Prosecco bottles can sometimes be semi-dry rather than brut (husband calls this 'wedding wine.') However, we hit the jackpot on this case. It has nice fruit, for example delicate peach undertones, and is overall refined with a crisp mouth feel and a hint of citrus. This Prosecco goes wonderfully with all types of fresh seafood.
