More about this wine from Terre degli Osci, Molise, Italy
Nesting on Italy’s southeastern coastline, with a view of the Adriatic Sea all the way across to the Tremiti Islands, lives a burgeoning winery and cellar, Tenimenti Grieco. Here in this serene, idyllic coastal paradise, in the heart of the land of Osci, is where Tenimenti Greco crafts its wines. They have several lines, and this particular bottle is from Anima Osca - wines that have Molise, Italy’s second smallest region, in the heart and a taste that speaks its ancient language. Their coastal wines have a brackish quality, and this white blend of Falanghina, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio 10% showcases all that nicely through its pleasantly soft attack on the senses and an incredibly supple floral and fruit taste.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Fish, of course, but also risottos, so enjoy this succulent shrimp and risotto dish.
