More about this wine from Loire Valley, France
Ever thought about what kind of wine you’d like to be when you head into the next life? Well, winemaker Jean-Claude Bougrier did just that when he created a line of wines to honor his good friend Alain de la Treille, a farmer and Loire Valley wine enthusiast, after he passed away some decades ago. Even today, Jean-Claude’s family still runs the winery, and they crafted this bottle of 100% Chardonnay from their Loire Valley estate. You’ll find all the Chard characteristics here rubbing up against that cooler climate terroir, making for a rather bright acidity. We think you will dig it big time with your favorite goat cheese.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Such a versatile wine, but we love pairing it with grilled veggies and fish, like this tantalizing miso-backed recipe.
