More about this wine from Graves Region, Bordeaux, France
In the heart of Graves country, Landiras (an area just a hair south of Bordeaux), sits the vineyard Château La Fleur Clémence. The property dates all the way way back to the 14th century when it was owned by Lord Goth, nephew to Pope Clement V (though we know you were thinking Count Dracula, OG Goth icon). These days the vineyard is putting out super yummy vino like this white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. It smells of citrus and white peaches and tastes a lot like a Sauv might, but with a cut of that dry sweetness Sémillon is known for.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

The spice of the shrimp and creaminess of the grits is a double whammy of tasty awesomeness with this wine. You can thank us later for this Hot Honey Shrimp and Creamy Grits recipe.
