I am by no means a conniseur (I doubt I even spelled that correct) but after years of drinking steel reserve I tend to try to upgrade my pallet. This is certainly some good wine but i will probably wind up rating them all 5 because they are indeed better than the boxes and bottles i would typically purchase. to critique fairly, however, I will explain what I enjoyed and what could have been better. The mouth feel is very full and juicy. The flavor is basically uhhh fermented grapes lol, is that not all wine? Haha but na I can see what people are saying about berries and tobacco and what not now. Quite nuanced in all aspects. I consider it a semi sweet wine, as it does have a predominant dryness but if I venture down that pathway in my noggin I will probably offend people because I am sure it has a specific classification. My bad, this is my first time having what I now consider to be proper wine albeit I have recently got into proper beer as opposed to crap beer lol. I figure the antioxidants, the reversatol from grapes, is quite good to have though. Gonna enjoy the rest the bottle with a bunch thca hemp. Haha I try to avoid alcohol with cannabis and mushrooms but I certainly got a taste for the booze. Totally awesome, website lives up to the name, and a true upgrade from what I drank before, thus I can't thunk of how it could be much better.
