A little too acidic for me.
I loved it! And I usually like white wine better than red. But this red wine was spectacular.
I am a huge fan of Carmenere bur I just couldn't fall in love with this. Super acidic and "yeasty". Benefited from a long decanting period.
This was great. Mindy thought it wasn’t fruity enough but still liked it. Delicious with steak.

This one makes me pucker. The tannins maybe? It doesn't have the full-bodied fruit-forward richness or spicy zing I like

The crew at Ventisquero launched its vision for Chilean vino in the early 2000s. The grape may not be a household name like Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, which is why we put together this grape guide. Whiffs of jammy red and black fruit pour out of this bottle. Each sip is a deluxe and delightful concentration of blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and cherries that fade into some spice blended with hints of chocolate, tobacco, and vanilla. This Carménère is bold, big, and vivacious, which is exactly how it is supposed to be.
