More about this wine from Châteauneuf du Pape AOC, Rhône Valley, France
We love this region of France and what they put in a bottle. Whenever we see Châteauneuf on a bottle in a wine store, our eyes well up from all the many memories of delicious bottles past. And this bottle might just put tears in your eyes. It’s a delicious, round red blend of mostly Grenache with a bit of Syrah and a splash of Mourvèdre grapes that were carefully selected from a single estate. Also, this is an outstanding price for the quality you are getting, so get a few for the cupboard for special occasions and to go with your mid-winter stews.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

A hearty Rhone red blend loves it some meats, but it also loves a nice big roasted veggie dish, like a cauliflower steak.
