From the Western Slopes of Goriška Brda, Slovenia, where viticulture is a way of life, comes a bit of summer in a bottle. In this part of the world, you’ll find cherry, fig, and olive trees aplenty, as well as grape vines, like those at the Villa Brici vineyard. They’re cared for at the Klet-Brda wine cooperative on gentle sloping, mineral laden soils, with the gentle influence of the Adriatic and winds of the Alps. The winery produced this bottle of Ribolla Gialla grapes, which is an ancient white varietal from just over the border in Italy, rarely seen elsewhere in the world. This cracking white vino is fresh, light and invigorating like a boat ride along the Mediterranean.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

 Any seafood will do, but we love this white with a fresh veggie risotto.
