More about this wine from Friuli, Italy
The Braidot kicked off their winemaking days in the Fruili wine region of Italy in 1870! Fruli is in the Northeast portion of the country and is known for producing wines of serious quality for the price. We all know wine can already get too complicated and the Italians take that complexity to a new level. That's why we created this handy chart to make it a little bit easier to learn about wines from Italy.

Pinot Grigio gets a bad rep as being a super basic wine and we've sipped our fair share of watered down versions that their only redeeming quality was the alcohol content. The Braidot's version of the white wine will impress you. You'll think, "damn... I didn't know Pinot Grigio was this good". The juice is an elegant straw yellow with a nose that reminds us of the banana peal when mom made banana + green apple + peanut butter sammies. The sippin grips the cheeks with a persistent lemon-lime, savory, and zesty high five. Take a deeper dive on this varietal with this Grape Guide.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Boredom has reached new heights as you decide to try your hand at making a Rube Goldberg machine in your kitchen. It's harder than you thought but you're sipping on something delicious so it's okay.
