Ripe dark fruit flavors like black cherry burst from this Pinot with each sip, layered over a soft, earthy background and a dash of spice from 18 months of barrel-aging in French oak.

More about this wine from Monterey County, California
For world-class coastal Pinot Noir with barrel-aged elegance, you've come to the right place...

Richard Bruno is exactly what we love in a winemaker– the quiet achiever behind the scenes at some of the world's most famous wine brands. He's made wine for Francis Ford Coppola and Don Sebastiani, the latter of which was named Winery of the Year TWICE under his watch.

Richard harvested his grapes from a single Monterey vineyard, where the cool and breezy coastal climate is ideal for growing top-quality Pinot Noir. This bottling of Pinot Noir is a special-edition release from his winery, Vinum Cellars. Supplies are limited, and as a one-time release, this may be the only vintage of this wine to ever appear on the site. This is one Pinot you don’t want to sleep on.

How to drink it

Pro Tip:

The wine is a versatile companion at the dining table, and roasted duck with French lentils makes for a delectable pairing. The tender, juicy meat of the roasted duck complements the wine's red berry undertones, creating a delightful interplay of flavors.
