More about this wine from La Clape, Languedoc, France
Grown in the hard limestone soil around La Clape mountain is another classic French red blend built with the fruity touch of Syrah, the fullness of the Grenache Noir, and Mourvèdre for a bit of structure. The grapes were slow ripening thanks to the warm and dry climate tempered by the Mediterranean’s cooler offshore breezes. This means you’ve got in your hands a wine that’s structured and balanced, while still retaining its lifeblood of liveliness and fruitiness. You can enjoy it now or let it sit around a while to increase its character. (Wine description or Yodi wisdom — we leave that up to you.)
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

This’ll go great with most meats, but we’re a sucker for a killer roast chicken in a cast-iron skillet.
