More about this wine from Valpolicella, Veneto, Italy
Rooted in Northeastern Italy, the Tedeschi winemaking family has long endeavored to accentuate the relationship between their traditional vines and their region, Valpolicella Classica (the Sant’Ambrogio and Fumane communes). Their bottle of La Fabriseria is the kind of wine the Tedeschis entrust to tell the world the story of their family and their land. (We say this with our fingers bunched upward together in a classic Italian hand gesture.) It’s a red blend made up of oh-so-Italian grapes Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and a little smidge of Oseleta aged exclusively in Slovenian oak barrels. The result of which is an Italian wine with a powerful, complex personality and deep sense of place.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

This Italian red blend loves some pasta, risotto, and pizza, natch, but try it with cured meats, especially this DIY recipe.
