More about this wine from Spain
Tempranillo - that noble grape of Spain. It can taste something like bullfighting in a bottle. Or like the sweat pouring from Rafa’s soul in a fifth set showdown with his bestie and rival Federer. And then sometimes you come upon a younger bottle - like this Andoravio Tempranillo. As it was grown in the Castilla de Mancha region, its grapes show a marked intensity in which its earthen characteristics really standout. Let it sit a while, or pop it open and drink now, especially with a stew or braised meats!
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Complement smoke with a smokey dish, but don't be afraid to think out side the box. We're loving these Smoky Sweet Potatoes with Chorizo Butter.
