More about this wine from IGP Ile de Beauté, Corsica
So much to learn about this fresh and aromatic rosé from Corsica! First of all, its name, Ile de Beauté, is the Instagram-worthy title given to wines that come from Corsica — the French island that sits in the Mediterranean Sea in the pocket between the coast of Provence and the western coast of Italy. Secondly, the indigenous Sciaccarellu and Grenache grapes in this bottle are grown in Piedmont soils on granite ridges adjacent to pine forests (Pinia) and harvested only at night to preserve them from oxidation. It is here in this unique terroir at the edge of the sea, forest and mountains that this aromatic and lush rosé was reared and loved. This bottle is hard to find — so stock up now!
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Enjoy this wine the Corsican way — with shellfish or langoustine.
