More about this wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy
Sitting happily in Manzano, Italy, in one of the foremost wingrowing regions in Friuli Venezia Giulia is Le Vigne di Zamò, a family-owned winery where brothers Pierluigi and Silvano and Brigitte (SIlvano’s wife) work the chalky clay and sandstones soils they inherited from their father, Tullio. Their wines are top notch and in this white blend, you’ll get a chance to taste a mix of Pinot Grigio, Friulano, Sauvignon Blanc, and Ribolla Gialla. The latter grape is an ancient one that is rarely seen anywhere outside of Northern Italy, so you might pick up on an unusual hint of peach. Enjoy this light and easy wine that happens to pack a ton of flavor into every blissful sip.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

This wine will crush it with all your seafood, especially shellfish or a meaty, textured fish like monkfish.
