More about this wine from France
It's a bold move to put an adorable French bulldog on the label because it might be tough for a wine to live up to the cute package. You may find it hard to believe, but this wine comes pretty close to pulling it off. A blend of Carignan and Grenache from the Roussillon region of France, this wine is quintessential French countryside. It is a deep cherry red color with highlights of burgundy. The nose is slightly smoky with notes of blackberry. On the palate, the flavors of fruit dance deliciously, with cranberry, strawberry and raspberry, all in a three-flavor tango. Balancing these fruit notes out are floral notes of rose and violets. It has a long finish and lovely tannins.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

The wine's fruitiness can enhance the flavors of a beef stew or pork roast, while the wine's tannins can help cut through the richness of the dish.
