Get to know the Juanicó Bodegones winery; it is one of the most famous in Uruguay situated in Canelones, a wine region in the Southern part of the country where they've been making wine since the 1830s in its (now) historic cellar. They use organic farming and try to maintain the natural balance of the ecosystem as they work their land. When the producers were thinking about this Select line, they wanted to be sure they were truly showing off the best expression of each grape. And this 100% Sauvignon Blanc was harvested at its optimal state to show off its notoriously fresh and lively fruit flavors.
