More about this wine from AOP Coteaux Bourguignons, France
Coteaux Bourguignons is an area of France that roughly translates to the “Burgundy hills,” and it’s a designated appellation that also covers Beaujolais, where most of the tasty Gamays are made, like this bottle from Louis Tête. It is a light, delicate red wine that shows off its tremendous character — but it’s light and zesty, like the best friend in every rom com. Also, this Gamay is so good it can be drunk all year round, and it is best served at the same temperature as a Late Show studio taping, slightly chilled.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Gamay goes with lighter fare, so for a plant-based approach go with veggie kebabs, and for those who want protein, try this chicken kebab recipe.
