More about this wine from Languedoc-Roussillon, France
When you want a fun, but oh-so-mellow wine to drink while you cook that goes with just about everything you eat, go ahead and grab this Languedoc-crafted wine. Lovingly made by fifth-generation winemaker Bertrand Gourdou on his estate, Château Guilhem, this wine is 100% organic Merlot, one of the sixteen noble grapes.* (*A grape that can make it just about anywhere you plant it and still taste great.) We think after finishing this bottle, when you speak of French table wine, you will speak in hushed, reverent tones of this Pot De Vin.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Bring out the French soul of this wine with some sausage AKA Cornbread Stuffing with Sausage and Collard Greens
