More about this wine from Willamette Valley, Oregon
Drop everything, Pinot people. Have we got a wine for you! Drum roll, please…. herein lies a 100% organic Pinot Noir made with heart(iness) and soul in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. It was harvested by winemaking married couple Stewart Boedecker and Athena Pappas from two vineyards, Cherry Grove (Willamette Valley) and Hirschy (Yamhill Carlton). Those lush marine sedimentary soils really let this lovely varietal shine with a taste that’s hearty but still light, with those yummy dark fruits and maybe even a hint of rain forest after one of those sunny springtime showers.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

A hearty, but still bright and summer-y dish like Thai Roast Chicken Thighs With Coconut Rice really brings out the best of this vibrant Oregon Pinot!
