More about this wine from Bridge Pa Triangle, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand
You may know Paritua because this vineyard, in the center of the Kiwi winemaking cabal in the Bridge Pa Triangle region, is a rising star on many wine drinkers’ watchlists. Including ours. And so we bring directly to you their 21.12 (Twenty-One-Twelve) Red, their flagship wine grown in the oldest gravels in Hawke’s Bay. It’s the very best of their vintages — a red blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon but with a good shake of Cabernet Franc and Merlot that add multi-dimensional complexity. We think this is the kind of boutique, bespoke, intensely elegant bottle of vino your senses have been searching for.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

This is an elegant and classic wine that is almost sensual when paired up with a fancy steakhouse-style meat. We're trying our hand at these Butter-Basted Rib Eye Steaks.
